Right after the partition of subcontinent as India and Pakistan both states started to work on themselves to make themselves developed. However, India tried to make itself economically stable and on the other hand Pakistan was in a miserable state due to lack of financial resources and the assets that were given by British to both states. The blame game was on its peak, then the demise of Muhammad Ali Jinnah was another shock to the nation which made them morally down. Illustrating the other side, India was trying to make good relations from all other states. Later on Liaquat Ali Khan’s prominent alliance with US by rejecting Stalin’s invitation and on the other hand, India being neutral made dynamics in political filed as it helped India from both sides US and Russia. Howvwer, India developed its National Informtics Center in 1976.
Furthermore, during COVID-19 the economy of India fell down completely but during this the state also started developing itself more like adoption towards digital economy for the purpose of facilitation of economy and flexibility towards critical infrastructure of the state. It also supported its remote workers at the margin of 68% of digital transformations, it added 58% of data resources towards its networking system and not only this, it also supported customer portals by the margin of 63%. To such developments, Tim Berners Lee stated that: “The web as I envisaged it, we have not seen it yet. The future is still so much bigger than the past”
Now comparing the present scenario, looking at Pakistan, beside criticism the state is only delved into political downfall and political competition. The state is only seeking solution towards the diplomatic relations and now we can say it is going towards developing economic as well. But now discussing India, there is no doubt that India has seen political and economical downfall but they are emerging as a super power due to its working towards technology. In 2023, it has launched its Akash weapon design systems, Artemis accords; ticket to stars. INS vikrant, introducing 5G sites, its lunar missions, launch of AI missions and much more.
In addition, elaborating the technological achievements of Pakistan in 2023, it has managed the wearable plant sensors, some flexible neural, use of AI in health facilities, use of meta verse for mental health and the recent lunar missions launch which resulted in a more criticism then apprieciation. But the point to be ponder is that where are these advancements working? If it is applicable then these are workable on small levels. Another point is that, there are round about 76 research centers in Pakistan and 216 in India which explains the difference clearly.
Summing up with the results that what I think is that, that India is following extremism under the rule of  Modi but it has shifted its compeititive dynamics and warfare dynamics from conventional to technological and left nuclear weapons far behind and moved towards cyber warfare race. But Pakistan is under the crisis of its own political and economical stability which is making the state towards the slow progress.
